Banner GAA Ennis 4:21 v Broadford / Smith O'Brien's 1:05.

On a glorious evening for hurling in Ennis, we were treated to a fantastic game of hurling. The Banner Club got off to a flying start, scoring the first few points, before the East Clare amalgation scored their first point from a free. Through the rest of first half our forwards tagged on point after point, to lead at half time 1:12 v 0:3. Playing against the wind in the second half, the Banner expected a fight back from the lads from East Clare, but the Ennis side continued to do what the did so well in the first half and clocked up score after score. Well done to all involved. A great team effort....
