Well done to our adult Junior A hurlers who had a 5 point win over Wolfe Tones in the junior A league semi final v Wolfe Tones in a game played at Clooney Quin at 4pm. At half time the sides were level on 6 points apiece with the Banner having played with the breeze in the first half. In the second half the Banner upped the level of performance and the goal finished by Cian Ruane was a crucial score. The win sets up a final versus Eire Og who won their semi final defeating Scariff after extra time. The match will be played on the Sunday of next weekend, July 7th at 1pm in Kilkishen.
