The Banner GAA clubs annual golf classic took place on Saturday July 21st at Woodstock Golf Club and was again a very special vcessfil event with more than 20 teams taking part and very strong sponsorship. The weather was beautiful for golf and  our juniors also got out and got to participate in a very enjoyable competition.

results were as follows:

Adult Golf classics results 

1st place ; Michael , Seosamh, Matt and Fergus O’Broen with a score of 113 Points .

2nd Place ; Kieran Dromey, Tony Nugent, Seamus Kelly and Nick Germaine with a scoreline of 111 Points 

3rd Place ; liam Duggan , Ronan O’Looney, Michael O’Neill and Joe McInerney

Junior Golf classic winners were; Liam Hallanan, Sean Kelly, Grace Mcgrath and Aoibhinn McGrath.

Congrats to the organisers for all the hard work and in particular to Kevin Toner our juvenile chairman who has lead the classic organization for a few years now and had done a tremendous job for the club .
