ð¡ðµHard luck to our u21 footballers who exited the u21 championship today at the semi final stage versus a talented Cratloe side after 2 periods of extra time . The lead changed hands several times in normal time but the match ended a draw with the Banner scoring 0-14 to Cratloeâs 2-08. The Banner had a goal very controversially disallowed for steps late in the game & that decision meant that instead of being 3 up, the teams were level going down the home straight . In extra time Cratloe added 3 more goals to their tally and despite the Banner amassing a total of 18 points the concession of that many goals proved decisive in the result . The players battled to the end and have give great value over the last few weeks . Well done lads
