What a week we have had in the Banner GAA club. 

Minor football champions. Then  Junior A hurling champions for the first time in the clubs history and dual Intermediate status achieved. Today our minor hurlers finish their season as Minor B Shield Champions . In between our u21 footballers had an exceptional performance in their win on Wednesday night. Recently our underage camogie teams contested championship cup finals at u14 and u15 for the first time. On the field the Banner GAA club is so busy,  with much success in 2025 which has made everyone so proud. 

Now we are calling on our members and supporters , businesses and the community to support our Club draw fundraiser . The club running costs are climbing as we achieve more success and as supporters and visitors will have seen the ongoing development of our new astro turf training, floodlit training facility.  This is one of the most ambitious facility development projects we have undertaken and the work of our volunteers and facilities committee is incredible. We need to raise money to fund the funding shortfall between our Sports Capital grant and the cost of building the new training facility at the Banner club.

All monies raised through ticket sales in this draw will contribute directly to the astro training facility. The prizes are excellent but most importantly your financial support to the ongoing development of our facilities is essential to the ongoing development of our club and our teams across football, hurling, camogie and ladies football .
