Ennistymon is the venue on Sunday afternoon / evening for 2 Championship semi finals for the Banner GAA Ennis.

First up our adult footballers play Ballyvaughan in the Junior A Championship semi final at 3.15 pm. Best of luck to the players and backroom team of John Burke, Colm Browne & Co. Please support the team!!

Immediately after the adult football semi final our u13 Hurlers will play their Championship semi final in the same Ennistymon pitch with a 5.30pm throw. This u13 team have performed brilliantly over the last 6 weeks, and at the end of the group stages of the competition the Banner were join table toppers in a 3-way time with Ennistymon and Whitegate. This 3-way tie meant that there was an open draw for home advantage in the semi final and Ennistymon were drawn to play at home.

So for the fanatics and really loyal supporters, 3 big games Sunday. U16 hurling final at 1pm in Clarecastle. The on to Ennistymon for a double header of semi finals, Adult football at 3.15pm followed by u13 hurling semi final at 5.30pm. The very best of luck to all 3 teams and their management. Parents bringing u13s to Ennistymon, maybe get there early and cheer on our adults and for those supporting our footballers, go grab a coffee after the football match and back to Ennistymon for a 5.30pm throw in in the hurling. Please come out and support our teams in these latter stages of Championship action.
