Another good weekend for the Adult teams at Banner GAA Ennis on the weekend of June 3rd and 4th. On Saturday night the Hurlers kicked off with a good 3-20 to 0-10 win over Tulla in the Banner grounds. With Dan Daly (1-5) and Fiachra Hayes (1-3) on top form The Banner never looked in trouble against a hard working Tulla side.Jonny Martin and Milo Collins were in fine form while John Collins (0-5) and Danny O Halloran had fine games .Anthony Keane was the scorer of the Banners third goal . This win leaves the lads on Top of their group and in a good position for promotion with two games left. 

The Footballers were in action on Monday and had a 2-13 to 1-05 win over Meelick also in the Banner grounds .This win leaves the Banner with a crunch game V Ballyvaughan next to decide semi final /Final pairings .Fielding a very young side with 6 minors involved the Banner had too much legs for Meelick and pulled away in the final quarter. With Banner leading 08-02 at half time Meelick scored an early second half goal but goals from David Keenan and Danny O Halloran helped the Banner pull away.
